The short version

Everything you log in the app (players, teams, matches, shots, passes and ratings) is saved only on your own device. We can't see it, and nobody else can either. If you buy xPitch Pro, we keep only what we need to send you a licence key and let it work on your devices: your email address, your key, your plan and your devices' IDs.

The app

xPitch has no accounts, no sign-up and no servers that receive your match data. It works offline. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking in the app.

When you choose to share a match card or export a report, the app hands the file to your phone's own share sheet. Where it goes from there (for example WhatsApp or email) is your choice, and that service's own privacy policy applies.

Backups are files you save yourself, for example to Files or iCloud Drive. xPitch does not upload them anywhere.

Buying xPitch Pro

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment details and address under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

When you buy, Paddle tells our licence service your email address, what you bought and when it is paid up to. We use these to email you your licence key, to send it again if you lose it, and to keep Pro working when a Season Pass renews. When you turn on Pro on a phone or tablet, we store a random device ID and the type of device (for example "iPhone") so the key can be used on up to 3 devices. The app checks with the licence service now and then when it is online, to pick up renewals. None of your players, matches or stats are ever sent.

This information is stored with Cloudflare, and licence emails are sent through Resend. We keep it while your licence is active and for as long as we need to for tax and accounting records. Email us to see it or have it deleted.

Children's information

xPitch is made for parents, coaches and players to record grassroots and youth football. Names you enter for players stay on your device. Please only enter what you need, such as a first name.

This website

thexpitch.com does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to send the font files. Our web host keeps standard server logs to keep the site running.

If you email us at [email protected], we use your email address only to reply to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.

Deleting your data

Because your data is only on your device, you are in full control. Delete matches in the app's History tab, or delete the app to remove everything.
